Notice

  • Please note that the experience zone will be closed for safety inspections on July 24th (Wednesday). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  • The experience zone operates from 13:00 to 18:00 on weekdays (Mon-Thu) and from 10:00 to 18:00 on weekends (Fri-Sun). Please note that from 13:30 to 14:30 on weekends (Fri-Sun), the experience facilities are closed for maintenance. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Ticketing and Ticket Purchase closes at 17:00. (Last Entrance at 17:30)
  • 30% of the daily sales quantity is available for online booking and 70% is available for purchase offline. Accordingly, if online purchase is not available, please purchase a ticket offline. (Ticket purchase is availble from 10:00)
  • Tickets for purchase offline on weekends may be sold out early and waiting time for ticket purchase may be extended.
  • If you book online in advance, bring your ticket number to the booth for booking only and get a hand ring.
  • Parents who purchased adult tickets for Regular Zone are allowed to admit to Family Zone with children. However, adults who purchased parent tickets for Family Zone are not allowed to admit to Regular Zone.
  • Visitors with tickets for the General Zone or Family Zone are permitted to enter the Water Park Zone. However, for child admission, parental supervision is mandatory.
  • If your ticket is lost, it cannot be reissued or refunded. You take complete responsibility for lost ticket, please be careful of keeping your ticket.
  • Transaction of a transferred ticket through the unofficial ticket site is illegal. The purchaser is solely responsible for any problem that arises from purchasing a ticket through an individual and illegal transaction. Organizers, authorized ticket seller and partner companies will not be responsible for such problems.
 
 

Entrance Information

  • Audience without a paid entrance bracelet (hand ring) is not allowed to admit to the paid zone.
  • Before entering the Water Park Zone, please ensure that any mud on your body is thoroughly washed off with water. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • Due to the mud, your clothes may get dirty, so please wear comfortable attire when entering.
  • Caution-Slippery.
  • Wearing sandals, slippers, or sneakers inside the festival grounds is prohibited. Please store them in the shoe storage area upon entry. We are not responsible for any lost shoes.
  • We are not responsible for any lost valuables or personal belongings within the festival grounds.
  • No Food & Drinks.
  • No Smoking.
  • No Drunkenness.
  • Unauthorized photography or recording is prohibited.
  • Please note that pets are only allowed in the Pet Zone. Entry to the general experience zones is not permitted for pets.
